This role will sit within a small team and support the day to day running of the company. As well as your core responsibilities, you will help with a range of additional functions as needed, making this role perfect for a an all-rounder with keen attention to detail, or someone who is fairly new to accounts and would like to experience various accounts and PA functions.
Schedule meetings for management team
Make research on new products available on market
Search for new potential suppliers and sub-contractor to carry out works
Accurate recording of costs in various projects
Supplier reconcile & ensure controlled payment of suppliers to maintain credit limits
Preparation of management account files
All other general duties
We require you to feel confident with Excel, have good Finance Organisation, excellent written and communication skills with the ability to communicate to all levels.
Italian knowledge is required
