We are looking for an admin assistant for a distribution company to the catering trade based in the New Covent Garden Market in Vauxhall. The main duties and responsibilities include: - issuing invoicing to our customers; - to maintain updated price lists and email them weekly to our customers; - taking orders by email/phone; - liaise with warehouse/drivers to make sure all the deliveries schedule is maintained; - liaise with our customers (predominantly restaurants) to sort out any issues. - liaise with our suppliers in Italy, therefore Italian language is essential. - general admin duties. This role is ideally suited to someone with a proactive attitude and sales background as there is a lot of telesales involved with this position. Working hours are Monday-Saturday from 6am to 2.30pm. We are looking for dedicated and professional candidates to join a team of stall operators which, based in SE14, will travel around the country to various towns & cities selling Italian foods. This job requires you to work Friday to Sunday. The candidate must speak English and be willing to work hard, both physically and strategically with regards to sales. Training will be given however you must be able to communicate effectively with your team mates and clients alike, you must be punctual, clean, content and ready for work at all times.
